We’d like to introduce you to Bessi, our Adoptable Dog of the Week from Adoptapet.com. This lovely lady is a young Pitbull Terrier and Beagle mix from Dallas, TX. She’s already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Bessi’s Story:

I’m Bessi, and yes, I am smiling at you! You may not have ever seen a dog who can smile this big, but I’m happier than your average canine. My energy rubs off on everyone, and I can’t help how much I want to play! I am a girl full of personality so I personally think I need to be your only pet but I supposed that’s just me being selfish 🙂 I play best with males and would do wonderful with a high energy male I could play hard with too!

I love me some kids but probably best if we don’t have toddlers in the home because sometimes I get really excited and might knock them over by accident (or lick them to death ;)). I listen very well to correction and really just want to please you, master!

Don’t let my silliness fool you; I’m also kind of a genius! I will sit, lie down, shake, wait, and let go on command. Even with all of these tricks under my belt, I’m eager to learn more! In case you want to teach me more, I’ll let you in on a secret: I’m totally food-motivated. If you have a treat, my focus is crystal clear. I’m great on a leash, so we can have lots of walks and chats.

My vaccinations are up-to-date, I’m spayed, and I have a micro-chip. Most of all, I just want to be a part of your everyday life and the newest member of your family. I promise, it will be impossible to be sad around me – just look at this grin!
