Paw protection dog socks that come with built-in traction

The temperature has started to drop and my feet are not looking forward to those colder days when I have to roll out of bed. And it’s not just me – Oscar isn’t a fan of freezing cold tile and hardwood come winter. I keep the thermostat at a reasonable setting, but for some reason, the floors never warm up. In my next place, I’m getting radiant heat flooring. But until then, I’m just going to have to live in slippers… but what can Oscar do to keep his tender tootsies toasty?

Made by Canadian company Muttluks (and Canadians do know a thing or two about cold weather), Muttsoks are for indoor and outdoor use to help keep paws warm and protected. Oscar didn’t wear them outside, and we see us using them more indoors than out. But these dog socks can be worn with boots for additional warmth and extra dew claw protection.

Muttsoks feature a non-skid rubberized grip sole that help them grip to slippery surfaces. Made with stretchy, soft and comfortable cotton, these dog socks are easy to put on and take off, and thanks to its elasticized cuff, they stay on.

And Muttsoks dog socks aren’t just for keeping paws warm this winter – they boast a plethora of other uses. If your senior dog has problems walking on slippery surfaces, these socks will prevent him from slipping and hurting himself. And if you’ve just put in a new hardwood floor or are renting an apartment that will charge you for damages made to floors due to claw marks, Muttsoks can ease the cost of renovations (and will help get your security deposit back). And if your dog has sensitive or injured paws, these socks will help them heal and prevent excessive licking.

Muttluks’ Muttsok dog socks come in sizes ranging from Itty Bitty to Large and retail from $10.99 to $14.99 for a set of four socks. You can find them in select pet stores or buy them online at Muttluks website.
